- I started this blog in 2008 after my husband's 1st failed attempt to finish the WHWRace. My supporting role has slowly changed over the past 18 months and I have turned into a runner myself. Starting with my 1st marathon in 2008, my 2nd in May 2009, I can now even call myself an "official" ultra-runner. I have just completed my 1st ultra race, the Devil o' the Highlands 2009 (43M or 68km). WELCOME TO MY RUNNING ZONE!
